Mount Kilimanjaro

Mt. Kilimanjaro is the highest peak in Africa and one of the Seven Summits, the highest peaks on each of the seven continents in the world. Located in Tanzania, it stands at an impressive 5,895 meters (19,341 feet) above sea level

Mt. Kilimanjaro is a dormant volcano, composed of three distinct volcanic cones: Kibo, Mawenzi, and Shira. The mountain is surrounded by a rainforest, a cloud forest, and an alpine desert, offering a range of ecosystems and diverse flora and fauna

The climate on the mountain varies greatly depending on the altitude, with temperatures ranging from around 20°C (68°F) at the base to -20°C (-4°F) at the summit. The lower slopes experience a tropical climate, while the higher slopes are much colder and dry.
